Registration Fees

¥5,000 (incl. tax) per day
The Japan Foundation Asia Center sessions: ¥1,000 (incl. tax) each.
Capacity is limited; applications will be accepted in the order received.

How to Register

Applications are accepted only via the Website.
*Applications will not be accepted via e-mail, phone, fax or mail.
To register, click the "REGISTRATION" button, and make sure to include all the requested information.
*Applicants must first create a EventRegist account on the EventRegist Website.
Multiple applications cannot be submitted together; all applications must be submitted individually using the online application form.

Payment

Payment of the registration fees must be by credit card. We can accept only Visa, MasterCard, or JCB.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN FULL, and other payment methods (installments, etc.) are not accepted.
When multiple persons plan to attend together, a separate application must be submitted for each person. The applications may be submitted personally or through a representative, but a separate, unique e-mail address must be provided for each registration. Duplicate e-mail addresses cannot be accepted.
If a receipt is needed, After ordering your ticket(s), a "Show Receipt data" button will appear on your "My Tickets" page. From here you can either display the receipt data or print it out when needed.

Changes and Cancellations

Please note that after completion of the registration, we cannot accept cancellations or changes in registered sessions, and no refunds can be made.

Please Note

The Keynote Addresses and some of the sessions are scheduled for free video streaming.
Participants may not take pictures or make recordings in the seminar rooms.
All participants must be at least 18 years of age.
