A pass for all three days is available for ¥15,000 (including tax).
*Persons wishing to attend only the October 8 (Wednesday) Special Session co-organized by The Japan Foundation Asia Center and Mori Art Museum may register for ¥1,500.
Capacity is limited; applications will be accepted in the order received.

Multiple applications cannot be submitted together; all applications must be submitted individually using the online application form.

Payment of the registration fees must be by credit card. We can accept only Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, or Diners.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN FULL, and other payment methods (installments, etc.) are not accepted.
When multiple persons plan to attend together, a separate application must be submitted for each person. The applications may be submitted personally or through a representative, but a separate, unique e-mail address must be provided for each registration. Duplicate e-mail addresses cannot be accepted.
If a receipt is needed, click the menu button in the "Invoice/Receipt" column on the application screen and select "Issue Invoice/Receipt Online." When the "Issue Invoice/Receipt Online" option is selected, a receipt download screen will appear at the end of the application process. PLEASE DOWNLOAD YOUR RECEIPT AT ONCE. If the download screen is closed, it cannot be reopened and you will be unable to get your receipt.

Please note that after completion of the registration, we cannot accept cancellations or changes in registered sessions, and no refunds can be made.

The Keynote Addresses and some of the sessions are scheduled for free video streaming.
Participants may not take pictures or make recordings in the seminar rooms.
All participants must be at least 18 years of age.
